Board Meetings

We currently have 2 board members: Param Jaggi and Parakh Jaggi. They both have equal votes.

Here’s an overview of how we run the board:

• The board meets once a quarter on the last Wednesday of the month.
• All board members are expected to review the Operating Playbook and Dashboard before the meeting to focus on strategy, rather than an update on metrics.
• Our Law Firm, Pillsbury, is present at each board meeting.
• Afterwards, we circulate the minutes and add the document to our Data Room.
